A smoking apartment that was not indicated with a dual key apartment. Letterbox digital lock is bloody damn small that we have to use out handphone torch light to shine on the digital. You need to take a "cargo lift" instead of main lobby that required to exit out main door and used "back door" to access lift. Inconvenience check in using qr code that request you for full passport instead of last 4 digits. Living hall and bedroom facing construction and traffic noise.

thank you Anju for hosting this trip of ours to JB :) the unit was rather cozy and we felt really comfortable while staying in there. will definitely come back again for my future trips pros: ✅ dual key unit which is safer ✅ netflix / smart TV is available so we can get to enjoy movies / connect to our Nintendo Switch ✅ facilities available was perfect to spend some time for recreational activities (sauna, swimming pool, billards room, gym etc) ✅ we felt safe while staying in princess cove because of the 24/7 availability of security guard, they were rather friendly too cons: ❌ nearby mall (R&F) seems like a dead town, 95% of the stores are not in operation ❌ ants were seen to be crawling around the kitchen countertop take note: ‼️would need to head down for grab food collection (not a big issue for me) ‼️ the view for this specific unit isn't fantastic (not for someone who want a good view, again not a big issue for myself) generally it was 4 out of 5 experience, thank you !

Great place with all the adminitives. The placed was well equipped for a stay. Felt like home away from home. Wish the check in was more flexible. Waited till 3.05 pm before could check in even though asked for am earlier check in.
