Relax with the whole family in this charming 5-bedroom home, split across 2 levels. This recently renovated home boasts character, plenty of space and great views. Situated in the popular suburb of Roslyn, you're not too far from anywhere. The upstairs is the main hub of the home, with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, and a huge dining/living area. Downstairs is an entirely separate unit, with internal access. Here you will find an additional 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, small living/dining area, and an extra bathroom.

We had a family group of 7. We rented both the 3 and 2 bedrooms. The set up worked perfectly for our group. The house was beautifully warm with the heat pumps. Would highly recommend this booking.
This is a lovely house in a great location - was perfect for our needs (group of workmates needing a base for the weekend). The house was well heated (turned on for our arrival) and had everything we needed. Their communication was quick and they supplied all the relevant information before arrival. Good off street parking and also plenty of space on the street. Lovely views.
The house matched the photos and description and worked out perfectly for the group that we had. Very clean and tidy and there was a nice fitout and nice touches with a range of bathroom linen etc...

5 minutes walk down the road, you will find Fresh Choice supermarket, a florist, day spa, a pharmacy, a physiotherapist and a gift shop. The suburb is also a stone's throw from Dunedin's only private hospital, Mercy Hospital in Maori Hill.
Drive down Stuart St and you'll be in the Octagon (city centre) in about 5 minutes.
Moana pool and gym is about halfway between Roslyn and the city centre, and has both fitness and recreation facilities.
2 car parks are available in a garage at the top of the property, and there is typically additional parking available on the street, across the road.
Two bus lines cross through Roslyn Village - a 5 minute walk away.
