Despite a beautiful location, our experience was marred by crucial details omitted from the initial listing. We were only informed upon booking confirmation that bed linens are not provided for stays under six nights. Major issues encountered: -No key upon arrival: Resolved after an hour of waiting and discussions with management. -Uncleaned apartment: Dirt, packing materials, and still wrapped new pillows scattered around. -Confusing guest information: Stove usage warning and garbage instructions were unclear, no garbage bin at all -Accusation of damage: We were unfairly blamed for a broken door component, despite evidence to the contrary, leading to lengthy discussions via text. No apology after proving we were not responsible with pictures taken on departure. -Additional concerns: Rotten wood on stairs and porch Unkempt lawn Standing water in garage Algae on bathing steps The lack of transparency and the subsequent accusation of damage left a sour taste
