Enjoy your stay at our modern 2 bedroom 14th floor apartment located in the city centre of Cardiff, with free secure parking and views towards the bay and beyond. 5mins walk from Central train station. Principality Stadium 10mins. Tramshed 20mins and the CIA concert hall is just across the road. The apartment is ideally located for a city break and boasts views over the city and Cardiff Bay including the Islands Flat Holm and Steep Holm in the Bristol Channel. Many of the cities bars and restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. The Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle, Bute park and Cardiff Museum within a 15min walk. Then to the South, Cardiff Bay and the Millennium centre is also within 30mins with the barrage and Penarth a nice walk beyond. Two double bedrooms, one en-suite with shower. A second bathroom with a bath. Sofa bed in living room with an additional pull out bed for when there are five or six guests. Fully fitted kitchen equipped with washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven & hob and other appliances such as toaster and microwave. Pots and pans and all you need for meal preparation. There is one allocated free parking space, and the property has Sky TV, Netflix and fast WiFi.

Maira’s apartment was beautiful and in an excellent location in central Cardiff. Maira was extremely helpful throughout the whole process and I can highly recommend her place to anyone looking for a lovely apartment in a great location.

Easy to find, easy parking, excellent location. Lovely clean 14th floor spacious apartment with 2 double rooms and 2 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen and lounge area. Unfortunately when we arrived it took nearly an hour to actually get into the apartment due to the host being unaware that the previous guest had changed the key code making us very late for an pre arranged restaurant booking. Furthermore we were disappointed to find that only 2 beds were made up even though we notified on booking that's we were a party of 4 (2 pairs of mothers and daughters) and no spare bedding available to be able to make the sofa bed up which we were more than happy to do, upon speaking to the hosts we were offered bedding to be dropped off the next morning but this meant us waiting in the apartment until late morning which we were unable to do as we had plans. Unfortunately this slightly tainted our stay but overall it was a great apartment in a great location.

We had a wonderful time at Maira’s place. It was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The closeness to the train station was quite convenient.
