We DO NOT have a lobby, a place for LEAVING THINGS, or waiting area This unit has an amazing city view located on our SECOND FLOOR so expect that stairs will be higher one level up. Inspired by the concept of MINIMALISM with Korean interiors, The space is uniquely designed with simplicity and elegance to soothe and calm our guests’ minds as we aim to bring relaxation and make your stay as comfortable as it gets. We make sure that we comply and adhere to health and safety protocols to ensure a clean and sanitized environment. Just some friendly reminders: The CHAIR AND TABLE inclusive on our rooms are Korean inspired and be mindful that it’s low like you see in the kdramas (as seen on the pictures), NOT recommended for guests with back and spine problems. Our lofts are also uniquely designed with high staircase. So please note that we prioritize your safety. It will NOT be suitable for children and ELDERLY. Our guests are also entitled to free WIFI but keep in mind that the connection might NOT be STABLE since it is centralized and shared with the other units. Speed is up to 200mbps. Signals would be at the loft/bed area. For guests who intend to work from home, Please bring a BACKUP connection to avoid hassle. PLEASE NOTE THAT ROOMS ARE ASSIGNED RANDOMLY BASED ON AVAILABILITY.

It’s generally okay. It’s nice, wide windows and good morning view. Bed is comfy, and blanket is thick. They just provided 1 pillow per person and need to pay 50php each for extra. You said furniture are Korean inspired, not for people who has back problems, but even people who don’t have problems will get back problems from that thing you called a sofa lol, if you plan on just getting lazy in front of the tv, you cant. Did not super mind that at all, but main concern was the WATER, makes it hard for us to do anything because its super slow. Impossible to wash yourself! SHOWER HEATER IS NOT WORKING AT ALL. We booked a new stay elsewhere the night after just to find a decent bathroom to wash. This place is not it, i tried texting the host about the water concern, but didn’t even bother to answer. I feel like the host just message you if there’s payment involve or if it’s time to checkout. Will definitely NOT recommend to friends.

The place was superb! With its high ceiling and full glass window, you will enjoy the scenic view of Baguio City. This will be our go-to accommodation in Baguio. :)

The place was great! Felt at home sa airbnb. Everything’s provided. Nahirapan lang kaming konti sa taxi after check out pero all goods. Will definitely book again!

There are 4 sari sari stores around the neighborhood, some on the left side after the gate, one on the right side and, a yummy and friendly eatery place just 3 blocks away left side of the bldg. From the gate.
There's also a grocery store with parking space 800m away from the building if you want to do a grocery shopping, search “Tiong San Campo Sioco” on the maps app, rather than going to the main city to avoid traffic.
Our neighborhood is very accessible to public transportation. Jeepneys and taxi cabs pass by just right in front of our building, it is the main route for the jeepneys going to the business district and vice versa! Transportation is never gonna be a problem as we speak.
The famous Burnham park is just a kilometer drive from the accommodation regardless of traffic. We have a lot of jeepneys going in and out of the neighborhood and no need to go into a queue in our jeepney station (plus it’s beside ukayukay if you’re fond of ukayukay). And for adventure seekers and nature trippers, walking is also a very good option as the distance is reasonable and will be a great experience for our clients.
Our place/barangay is one of the most accessible and considered as a "near" place in Baguio.
