We are repeat customers of Snoopy and always found the service seamless. This particular apartment is excellent for family travel and bigger than normal 2 bedroom apts in Jakarta. The location is excellent, right on top of major shopping center and 5 mins walk to another major shopping center.

The unit was quite clean. The plates and utensils were prepared at the kitchen. Efficient check in and out. Snoopy responded promptly. The only setback was the water flow from the shower head was too small. If you wanted to shower, you need to take longer time to make sure that you had washed up the soap/shampoo from your body/hair.

The cleanliness of this place need to improve. Bedsheets full of yellow stains and smell. Bathroom smells so bad. The host is very nice and responsive however i wouldn’t book this specific unit again due to the cleanliness which made the whole stay unpleasant.

Great location, next to Centrak Park Mall. The apartement is clean. Surely will come back.

Nice place, clean, spacious,right beside mall. Complete kitchen set and cutlery. Just feel like home. Worth the money. The host very responsive. Thank you
