We stayed from a Tues-Thurs and found the loft quiet, clean, comfortable, and close to everything. Amazing!! Check-in and out was a breeze. Parking secure. The unit space was fantastic. I absolutely will stay again. We normally stay in a hotel. This was much better with more room and more personal space. This cost a little less than the hotel I cancelled our reservations from to stay here instead. I travel with an eye sleep mask to shield from window light - I recommend you do too if you need a dark room to sleep. Once you park in the back of the building, you will need to gain building entry from the front of the building. Then you can rig the door open to the parking lot to unpack your car. A lot of charm with the historic building - floors creak a bit but nothing crazy and that’s part of the experience. Our favorite restaurants and shops are all within walking distance. Just needed about 5 more days to stay- relax- shop and enjoy eat out. Huge bath tub too. KD-Lake Charles, LA

We loved this place and will definitely book it again. Walking distance to so much and loved looking out the window and seeing the Carnival Jubilee sitting there knowing we were about to get on it ❤️. It’s a great location. The secure parking is a gated area behind building. Access to it is down an alley. It was confusing to us because it looked sketchy until we actually got all the way there. It’s a tight turn for large vehicles going out (dumpsters and or trash cans across alley from gate). We had a little trouble trying to get key pad to work at first but once we actually figured it out, it was easy! Put in code and immediately pull door open. If you wait too long, it stays locked. Overall it was an awesome stay and apartment is actually neater/better than we expected. Great location for night before cruise and very clean. Very comfortable bed! Loved our stay!
