Our house comes with a private pool (optional heater available for an additional $49.90 per night - please note that the heater must be reserved for the entire stay with a minimum of 2 nights). Additionally, there is a game room equipped with 4 arcades, a 70-inch Roku TV, and a plush recliner sofa by an electric fireplace. Perfect for immersive gaming and relaxation. The open-concept layout of the kitchen, living room, and dining room overlooks the pool and backyard, enhancing your enjoyment of quality moments with loved ones. For your convenience, there is one bedroom located on the first floor and a full bathroom next to it. The remaining bedrooms and game room are situated on the second floor. comfortable, clean and family friendly. we were very happy with the house. it had everything that we needed from kitchen utensils to gaming for the family. the kids loved the house pool and were in it sun up to sun down. we all enjoyed the resort amenities too!
We stayed at Fabiano’s place with two families and worked great. The kids loved the themed rooms. The mattress in the main level bedroom was not the best but overall a very nice, clean and modern place to stay. Great for families with young/middle aged children!

The house was exact as described! Very spacious and we loved having the additional bedroom on the main floor for added separation. The pool was great, too (although it was very expensive to heat). Great overall experience!!
Fabiano’s place a perfect stay for my 4 year old along with the rest of my family members to enjoy. Pictures are 100% accurate. I’ve had no problems with communications whenever I needed any questions answered. I will definitely stay here again!
