The Host is very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place is very convenient and clean and you will really feel at home.
This is a perfect place to relax with your loved ones.
The host, ma'am Xanne, is very accommodating. She replies fast and is very nice. The room is also comfy, very clean, with fast internet, Netflix and very comfortable bed and pillows! LOVE THE PLACE!! <3
Staying at Helena's suit is really great. So comfy and relaxing. However, What really is a downfall is the unfriendly,rude and confusing staffs in the pay parking area. Some were quite rude. In the lobby, the receptionist is not that friendly too. We know this is out of control but we just hope that the host will communicate it with the bldg management and admin. Overall in the unit itself, we were able to somehow relax and have a good night sleep.
