Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 3 bedroom duplex house is within a secure gated townhouse complex with a communal swimming pool. The pool area has showers and toilets. The home has fast internet, comfortably furnished, with a separate well equipped large kitchen. Accommodates 7 people on the upper floor (17 stairs) 2 double beds, double bunk bed & a single bed. All bedrooms have an ensuite shower. There is a guest toilet downstairs. Air-conditioning and central heating. An exceptional house, within a gated townhouse complex suited for an extended family or friends and family. My place is situated in the quiet tranquil area of Tersefanou, away from the hustle and bustle. The house is fenced at the back and front. No garden. It does have a front and back patio which is completely tiled. Very fast internet throughout. The three bedrooms are located upstairs (17 stairs) and each has its own ensuite shower, toilet & basin. Main bedroom has a queen bed, fitted wardrobe, side tables, with bedside lamps and an ensuite shower room. The second bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobe and an ensuite shower room. This bedroom leads onto a balcony overlooking the fields of Tersefanou. The third bedroom (3 beds in all) has a bunk bed (2 singles) and a single bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room. This room leads onto a balcony overlooking the fields of Tersefanou. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and a wall mounted radiator for the winter months Downstairs is the lounge room with two and three seater sofas, 50" Smart TV, coffee table, air-conditioning and a wall mounted radiator for the winter months Separate open plan kitchen - diner. Guest toilet and basin. The back patio is tiled with chillout 2 large wooden garden tables and chairs for outdoor dining. To the left of the house is a covered carport.

We had a lovely stay at Helen of Troy. The house is spacious and was very clean when we arrived! Nic and Isobel were wonderful hosts: very friendly, they gave recommendations for trips and restaurants and made a late check-out possible! They responded quickly when we had questions! We certainly recommend this wonderful stay!!!

Isobella and Nick’s place is a spotless, spacious and comfortable home away from home. It has everything you need, is conveniently located 15 min from Larnaka’s airport and 1-2 hours or less (by car) to main sights like Nicosia, Pafos and Cape Greco. And they’re wonderful hosts as well, Nick even filled the fridge as we arrived on Dec 26th when all the shops were closed! Thank you, Isobella and Nick! P.S. Loved the cats too:) (But don’t worry, they’re only outside…enjoying the beautiful view just like we did!)

Our 3 bedroom duplex house is within an immaculately kept townhouse complex on the outer edge the Larnaca village of Tersefanou. Tersefanou is one of the tidiest of the villages in Cyprus, where most homes have been facelifted as per EU standards, roads, pavements, parks and the village look exceptional. There is a gorgeous crystal pool area in the complex which is securely gated for residents only. Most of the residents are permanent and others come in the holiday season. During the summer season, locals who own units in the complex are abound. Please respect the local folk and sometimes it is a lovely gesture to learn a few Greek words. Puts a smile on the faces of our Cypriot community.
There is parking on the premises - a covered parking in the driveway of the house and two parking spaces front of the home.
You will require a car for this location.
The kite surf beach (pebble beach) - called Softades beach, is the closest beach. The closest sandy beach is Mckenzie beach in Larnaca.
You can access the lcoation from either the Limassol freeway, or from the village of Kiti.
