A beautiful holiday house with a very zen atmosphere that comfortably sleeps 8 people. Very homey with so many amenities that we greatly appreciated, including a citronella candle to keep away the mozzies! A thoughtful inclusion that allowed us to use the balcony and eight deck chairs comfortably. Port Franklin presents stunning views in the early morning and evening. We loved watching the full moon come up over the pine trees, stargazing, and exploring the nearby mangrove forests that connect the Franklin River out to the sea. A must-see!! Our only gripe was the lack of hot water for 7 people (which is fair enough for a property using a tank). But with laundry facilities, oodles of warm and cosy bedding, and a full kitchen (and pantry full of spices!!), this is still one of the best Airbnb experiences we've had! Thank you again Tracey, for such a wonderful stay.
