The views to John’s place was absolutely beautiful - waking up to see the lambs, windmills and the ocean was the greatest gift my boyfriend could have gotten for his birthday. The beds were all clean and comfy too, had the best sleep in. The only thing about the place I wish was abit better, was it can be pretty dusty and the cabinets had dirt/spills and spiders in them. Hope it could’ve been a little bit more cleaner! As it is a working farm, be aware there is poop everywhere surrounding the house!! I did also wish my messages were responded to as they were left on read :-( But still enjoyed my time here! You’re 5 min drive away from Agnes falls which is a plus ++++++

We had a memorable stay at John's One Tree Hill 360 Villa, where the views were simply breathtaking. The villa comfortably accommodated our group of 6-7 people. The highlight of our time at the villa was undoubtedly the mesmerizing views, which we soaked in during a memorable BBQ session and star-gazing experience at night. The indoor fire pit adds a cozy touch during colder nights. The hot water system was exceptional, providing much-needed relaxation after exploring Wilson's Prom. However, it's worth noting that the place could use some tender loving care considering the price. The furniture and carpets appear worn and could benefit from an update. Additionally, cleanliness could be improved, as some of the cutlery had a faint smell of egg, suggesting it wasn't washed properly. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our time here, and John proved to be a wonderful host.
