This property has lovely furnishings and was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked with all cookware and utensils. The beds are very comfortable, with electric blankets, and the shower was great. It also has a really good sized front and backyard, and is within walking distance to the rail trail, jetty and beach. Mona is very quick to respond. Be aware that there is an expectation that you clean on check out (vacuum, mop, wipe everything down) in addition to paying a cleaning fee. There are also notes of house rules throughout the house which make it feel a little less unwelcoming and restrictive, and curtains only in the two main bedrooms.

Mona's place feels like home - with the cleanness, comfortness and amenities that you'd expect. The location is a small and quiet town, and the property sits on a land ~1000 sqm or more. The kitchen is fully equipped and there are sufficient heating to keep the place warm in winter. The host even prepared books and boardgames to keep the visitors entertained. Thank you Mona for her thoughtful and warm attitude to each guest.

We had a wonderful stay - well equipped, well located, calm and quiet… we enjoyed the proximity of the jetty and the shore, the wonderful restaurant at the Welshpool hotel, nice day-long cruise in the Prom and of course the many hikes accessible from the park. Will love to come back and experience another season (whale season for instance).
