We felt right at home as soon as we got to Yanakie House as the decor is lovely. The gardens were well laid out (loved the touch of the strawberry plants along the pathway) and the views of Wilsons Prom were beautiful and always changing. There is a real sense of space and privacy to the property. We were entertained by the birds that visited the garden and a mob of kangaroos one night. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked well with the basics needed for a 3 night stay. The high chair was much appreciated for our friends nine month old baby too.

Perfect location for trips into the Prom and to surrounding towns, but also perfect to spend time in front of the fire and admiring the gorgeous view. The multiple cabins and house provide lots of flexibility for large or smaller groups. The main house had no 'master' bedroom meaning it was easier to share amongst 2 families with equal access to the 2 large bathrooms. Gorgeous house!
