Enter through your own private entrance to a beautiful city victorian apartment with high 9ft. ceilings. Cozy up on the comfy couch and watch TV while the ambient fireplace is on. Pull back the covers to your KING bed and wake up to the coffee bar in the kitchen. A beautiful safe location in the heart of the city! Perfect for a romantic night out! This is a city apartment located in a large victorian home. This apartment is on the first floor with a private entrance and 5 stairs to enter. Other tenants live in the home in other private apartments. It is right next door to a great steakhouse, Char Steak and Lounge.

Morgan’s bnb was awesome! It’s located within walking distance of great cafes, restaurants, bookstores and museums. It’s also super cozy— electric fireplace, comfortable furniture, a kitchen with all the utensils you’d need. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a restful stay in Rochester!
