The Legacy Owners live across the road from the venue. The family farms which means there may be farm equipment moving around during your stay. The venue is nestled between pig barns and cattle pastures to give the full farm experience! Besides them, there are no other neighbors local.

Parking is open in a large gravel parking lot. There is plenty of parking space. The entire building is all one level expect for balcony space which is optional.
