Great townhome and neighborhood. Location was ideal for us visiting family in area and easy access to Denver and areas north and west of the city. Very clean and comfortable place and will plan to stay again when visiting the area. Shannon was extremely responsive to questions and flexible when we decided to extend our stay by a couple of days.

Nice, clean townhouse. Shannon is a very responsive host. When she learned we would be traveling with a child she dropped off a baby gate for the stairs which was definitely needed. Upon arrival she texted to see if we needed anything. Fun location to walk to brewery and Early Bird cafe. Nice having access to a garage but street parking is easy also.

Sought after, trendy neighborhood with everything you need- a Belgian style Brewery, different daily food trucks, Breakfast/brunch spot, green spaces, dog parks, and multiple playgrounds for kids! This neighborhood is only 10 minutes from the Highlands, 15 minutes to downtown, 30 minutes to Boulder, 25 to Red Rocks, just over an hour from Breckenridge and other cute mountain towns.
We recommend that you rent a car. The house is conveniently located near all major highways to make the most of your CO stay. This property is not downtown and there are limited restaurants and bars within walking distance.
