It was awesome definitely will rent again
It was a pleasant stay. I enjoyed the kitchen and the open living room area. The bed was uncomfortable, but it didn't bother me as much because I was with my significant other. I really recommend this place if you are looking for an affordable, quiet and private loaction. It is close to the freeway and grocery stores. it's always my to go place when I am visiting family in Fresno. The train passes by, but you can hardly hear it. This does not bother me at all, but it may be for others. The host is very responsive and kind.
Kyle’s place was the perfect stay for our family. Very clean and spacious and the work space area was perfect for working remotely. It was also nice that there was covered parking and not on the streets. Exactly how described and shown on the listing. Very easy instructions for check in and out. Highly recommend
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STAY !!! I enjoyed my stay at Kyle's place, without any issues. The neighborhood scenery was beautiful. The gazebo gardens across the street makes for a fun activity to do while just enjoying the stay at this property. Definitely planning on staying here again when visiting Fresno. Huge appreciation to the host for making my trip easy to navigate, hassle-free, and for having clear communication.

Hi we are Gracy and Kyle. We have been married since '22, and dating since '20 (yes, we were one of the rare ones who actually had a good year in '20 lol). Kyle has been hosting on AirBnB since '16 and is a full-time AirBnB professional. He has over 60 units in Fresno, Bass Lake, and Scottsdale/Phx Arizona. He also teaches people how to start and build an AirBnB business. You can find his free content on his IG page: @fearlesskyle. Gracy is our interior designer (and a great one at that!), and a former interpreter for the courts. She also finds time to help people buy/sell homes as a real estate agent.
