We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was clean and the layout was great with bedrooms on opposite ends. It was nice to be around places to eat within walking distance and amenities in the complex. Lots of college kids stay here and they were all very friendly my only complaint is there was a party outside my bedroom window our first night of arrival which was a Friday made it hard to get good rest after jet lag.

Perfect location for our trip to Clemson. We were able to sit outside and easy walk to town.

Great place! Super close to down town and dorm building! Very clean and well kept place. Will definitely look into renting in the future.

Good location. Very clean. A little noisy from neighbors. Minimal kitchen utensils and plates/glasses. Oven had old food burned on the bottom so the smoke alarm went off 3 times when just making a frozen pizza (probably because there were no baking sheets or foil for people to use). Good instructions on check in. Living room furniture not super comfortable. HUGE TV.

The apartment was as described and looked like the photos. Was nice having multiple bathrooms and the extra space. Getting the fobs was smooth and simple. Figuring out how to get in to the building and finding the actual apartment was not. There was no sign or instruction for how to get in to the building, or where to find the apartment within the building. We had an emailed map that listed the apartment numbers, so knew very generally which direction to try and walk, but that was a bit frustrating. We also had an issue returning the keys. The fob would not scan at the lock box and eventually required a chat and calling the management company. The CS folks were both very helpful and after about 15 minutes they were able to manually unlock the box so I could return the key. Also just know that this is mostly student housing. The construction was clearly cheap and I'm sure it can get very loud at times. Technological issues aside, it was a nice place and I would likely stay again.
