David and Mila's place was great. It was in a good neighborhood, easy to get to the subway, and the bed was comfortable and the size was good!

The location was great. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the subway. Subway got me into nyc in 15 minutes. I was able to get street parking close by. David was very responsive answering my questions. The apartment was spotless. The bathroom had plenty of supplies. The kitchen was great-all the cooking equipment I needed. Bedroom was large and spacious. The building was quiet and I felt safe in the neighborhood.

I’m very dissatisfied. It was a window a/c and that makes the room cold. She tried to put some paper on left and right side from a/c. When I tried to reach the host/none respond. So I call the company and refund me the hall amount. Also there’s a building smell. Not recommended

It’s not the Ritz, but it’s clean and most importantly, it’s quiet. The mattress is probably six months past its optimum life, it did not feel completely flat. But I was so tired after a long trip and an Uber ride that took me to the wrong location at about midnight that I could’ve slept on a rock. The place is super clean, everything I needed was in the bathroom, there were not other people in the shower, or waiting for the shower. And I was also nice and quiet while I slept because bedroom number one did not face the street. I never heard a single siren at night.
