Located within 10-minutes walk of Winchester cathedral, enjoy this 2-bed, pet-friendly property with a garden. The house is alap a 5-minute walk from Winchester uni and Winchester hospital. We welcome pets, and have outside space for them. The property includes 2 TVs, one with sky (including sky sports) and is centrally located in Winchester. Guests also benefit from 2 parking spaces, included in the stay, which is particularly helpful in Winchester this time of year! The house has two double-bedrooms, a family bathroom and a downstairs loo. There is a separate kitchen and living space and a garden outside with a barbecue and outdoor seating.

We came to Winchester for a short break and needed somewhere central which would accept a dog. Anne's home exceeded my expectations. Very warm, homely, near lovely walks and comfortable beds. Would love to stay again.
The house was really lovely, homely, clean, and we felt at home there. I would highly recommend it. Easy walking distance to town. They provided an amazing booklet on local attractions, things to do, bars and restaurants etc.
Great location, only 10-15 mins walk from the city centre. Everything we needed and helpful to have the washing machine and office desk to work at, plus the two parking spaces just outside the property. Small enclosed area at the back and public grassed area across the road for the dog, with lots of footpaths by the river only 10 mins away.

A quiet, family neighbourhood with a park 30 seconds from the front door. Great for young children and dogs.
Winchester high street is a short walk away, as is South Downs National Park. The house is also 10-minutes walk from Winchester train station and very near the M3.
