Free convenient PARKING on the property. Beautiful views. Relax by crystal clean pool. Safe quiet residential area but only 25 minutes from S. Nashville. House is on a quiet cul-de-sac. The pool is available year round 9AM-7PM. but not heated so only usable approx. May-Oct when the sun heats it to a comfortable temperature. Due to pool insurance liability restrictions Infants/children under 12 are not allowed. Queen size bed with 100% cotton bed linens. All windows and doors with windows are equipped with room darkening or blackout drapes or window shades.
