The space is professionally furnished and decorated, featuring large screen TV in the living room, high speed WI-FI. Includes White linens, washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped with new appliances: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Stocked with dishes and platters and everything you’ll need to have a pleasant stay. The building has 3 separate units. Minutes away from PLU, JBLM and Tacoma Dome 3 bdr/1 bath townhome, fully renovated. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed. Total of 3 queen beds. There is a sleeper coach that converts into a queen size bed. This house comfortably sleeps 6 ppl, but is allowed to have total of 6 adults (12+) and may add two more kids under 12. The unit Includes White linens, washer/dryer. We do provide a “Starter welcome pack” that includes : 1 paper towel roll, 6 toilet paper rolls, 4 garbage bags, 2 detergent pods, 2 dishwasher pads. The house has 3 separate units, we do ask the guests to share the parking spot (limiting it to one car per rental unit) , as well as being respectful to other tenants staying in the building. QUIET HOURS 10pm -8 am.

We had a great stay in Yelena’s home, it’s just as you see in the pictures. She was very quick to respond and was helpful and accommodating when there were some issues with the cleanliness, which wasn’t her fault but we survived. I’d give it a 4.5 but overall we enjoyed our time and would recommend staying here.
Very nice place to stay! Yelena was very kind when booking and when checking out! I will say this place is not somewhere I would stay if I had toddlers or young kids . There are lots of rules, and it's almost too prestine and sterile, which I think would be too overwhelming and not as comfortable with kids. The cleaning fee is kind of high for how small the place is and the amount of rules, but overall enjoyed our stay and Yelena as a host! Thanks again for allowing us to stay! They did a beautiful job on the remodel.

Very comfortable house, thermostats in every room kept the temperature to our liking. Yelena was a responsive and accommodating hostess. Overall, a wonderful stay.
