位置非常好，离市区主要景点都较近，均可步行前往！房东热情、耐心、有礼，亲自在门口迎接，对房间设施的介绍细致入微，还热情洋溢地详细介绍了周围的景点和餐馆，非常棒！回应及时，随时随地都能联系上！房间大气、整洁、设施齐备，床上用品干净舒适！非常好！

房屋所处位置非常便利，方便去市区各个方向。内部设施齐备，厨房里的厨具一应俱全，非常适合家人一起做饭就餐。房东Garry非常贴心，耐心高效地为我们提供各种帮助，是值得推荐的性价比很好的住宿选择。

If there was an option to give a 6th star in all categories, then Garry most certainly deserves it! Garry was welcoming and co-ordinated with me at every step of the way, from the station all the way until the checkout handover. I have a list of places to go in Manchester, all thanks to Garry, and was even kind enough to reach out midway through the stay. Furthermore, every one of Garry’s recommendations in Manchester were accurate, from where to get the best coffee, to the top tier restaurants and dining experience. I know that not every host can be like Garry, but if I could only pick one place to settle in the world, let it be wherever Garry can greet and welcome me. A top tier professional, who puts their guests first at every step of their journey and makes them feel that Manchester is their home. Garre went above and beyond. He is such a great host. He provided all the information we needed to enjoy Manchester. Place is so centrally located, very close to train station and public transportation. Walkable distance to many places. Highly recommend this place!!

We stayed at Garry’s place for 2 nights. Located in the centre, 5 minute walk to Manchester piccadilly station. TESCO is just a walk across the road. Greeted by Garry who gave us clear instructions upon arrival. One great thing about Garry is even before arrival he gave us a list of things to do in Manchester and places to eat . He was well responsive and amazing. The apartment was just as shown in pictures!
