Enjoy idyllic warm summer days by the pool or the activities Chinon has to offer: hiking, cycling, kayaking, tennis... and more. The main house sleeps five. It has a kitchen, dining/sitting room, bathroom with shower/basin and washing machine and a separate WC. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and an open plan dormitory with 3 single beds. The annexe building sleeps two. It has a double bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite bathroom with shower, bath and WC. The room at the top of the exterior metal spiral staircase is only suitable during summer months. It is very rustic. It does not have a fitted door, or window. It has 2 single beds. Only recommended in warm weather. See photo. The swimming pool is open from end of May to mid September with six loungers. There is a patio area with a large BBQ, parasol and outdoor chairs and dining tables catering for ten. There is a foldaway table-tennis table, balls and bats, a set of boules, two basic adult bikes and an e-scooter. It is 2km into Chinon: a 25 min walk or a short bicycle ride.
