Vianney was wonderful and very responsive. The condo is in a secured and safe location. Staff on site are very friendly. The unit itself was beautiful, but the trimmings (if you will, fell short).I hate not being able to write a raving review, but in the spirit of honesty here we go. The Jacuzzi is not at all clean so I would asked that it be cleaned if this is a selling point for you (I hate that any guest would have to ask for this).The cenotes and daybeds around the property are covered in dirt and not the bright welcoming space shown in the pictures. The spa (although Vianney said it is closed on Mondays) was clearly not in operation. It was covered in dust and looked abandoned. I can't imagine anyone getting serviced there. Look up the spa, the latest review (times 10) is accurate. This space overall has the potential to be amazing with some attention to details, but it's not there just yet. Wishing Vianney the best, and hope that these comments are taken constructively!

This unit is really beautiful, well maintained, and spacious. Vianney was a very responsive host. She was very helpful in answering questions and went above and beyond to have clear instructions. During our stay the air conditioner started leaking water and they had maintenance in to fix it within a couple of hours on a Saturday. The condo complex is beautiful. The pool is amazing. There is a small room for yoga but it has very limited equipment. The area around the unit is pretty quiet save for some construction noise. It’s a good spot if you want to be removed from the somewhat chaotic hotel zone and town center.

Absolutely stunning and extremely tranquil, beautifully maintained, peaceful, clean, safe, and well located place to stay. Came here with my bf for the first time and we were blown away with the experience! Provided a romantic and restful oasis to come back to after long days exploring. Highly recommend this listing!

Enjoyed this airbnb, had very nice decor and furnishings. Couch and bed are both very comfortable. Couple of cons would be that the sunlight comes pouring in from the bedroom shower at sunrise and the plunge pool wasn't very well maintained/clean. Also, be prepared to find a way to commute from the location in AZ to tulum beach (15 min drive). Vianney was also kind to let us check out at 12 as opposed to 11 and is very responsive to any questions.
