Completely remodeled inside and out as well as professionally decorated and furnished! Casa Verde pays tribute to a modern, southwest vibe, highlighting local art and provisions. The kitchen highlights tons of counter space and is equipped to prepare even the most extravagant meal. Four comfortable bedrooms allow for a restful night sleep with two stylish bathrooms to accommodate your party. This place is rare, in that it’s even better than pictures and description. The hosts were friendly, flexible and helpful in every way. The house was spotless and well decorated. We had everything we needed and more. Spent plenty of time in both the front and back yard. Neighborhood is very pleasant and safe. Close to the super cute downtown. Needless to say we cannot recommend this highly enough!!
We had a great stay at Airyn's place. Proactive communication beforehand with clear instructions. The home itself was great. Appeared to be recently renovated with Texas themed decor. The kitchen was fantastic - not the usual disorganized mess with utensils & kitchen tools tossed haphazardly into random drawers. Instead everything was neatly organized in high-end cabinetry. Quite possibly the cleanest AirBnB I have ever stayed at. The home was situated on a quiet, dead-end street with no thru-traffic. Southwestern was within walking distance and downtown is short drive away. Would stay there again.
Great indoor and outdoor space for husband, myself and 3 adult kids while we were visiting family close by. Kitchen was spacious for us to all be in along with bar and dining table seating options. As adults, everyone had & appreciated their own bedroom. Lovely to have a view of school grounds vs homes when sitting on the front porch too.

This location is walking distance to the campus grounds of Southwestern University and the Most Beautiful Square in Texas, filled with restaurants, bars and shops. You'll find homes 100+ years old, and some that are brand new. There are so many things to do that are within a short drive including all that Austin, Waco and Fredericksburg have to offer. Travelling with kids? Parks, splash pad and open fields are within a few blocks. A pack and play, highchair and booster seat are onsite if needed. The home is equipped with books, toys and games for all ages, including cornhole and a pickleball set. A dedicated workspace with high speed WIFI is included along with two smart TVs.
Lots of street and driveway parking. You could get around via bicycle, walk, or Uber pretty easily, but that really depends on the nature of your trip, guests, etc... We recommend having at least one vehicle.
