Firstly, I have to honestly say the place was beautiful and impeccably clean. I went with my family and everyone was quite impressed with everything!!!The kids loved the pool and the mere fact we could bbq. We felt right at home, in a good safe environment. Martin was an incredible host who took the time to go though every single detail with us, to make our stay was pleasant and memorable. I give this place a 5 star and above, and highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Puerto Rico with family or friends. I absolutely loved it, and would love to go back. Martin was professional, courteous, nice friendly and all and all, a fantastic host!! He made our stay pleasant and enjoyable!!!

Martí is a wonderful host!! He was very responsive whenever I needed him. The house is beautiful. We really enjoyed the backyard. The whole house was very clean. He was very accommodating to my whole group, he was even nice enough to let us borrow his mini fridge. The location is right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. Thank you Martín for making my group feel at home! Will definitely book again.

This place was overall good. I enjoyed how clean everything was. The beds were comfortable. The shower water was HOT!!! I do wish they had heated pool or at least the jacuzzi part was heated. I think for the price of the stay there could be more to offer or simply lower the price a tad bit. Also, the family resides upstairs and there was one day where another person in my party complained that there was loud noise coming from above. They slept in the room with three beds. I didn’t here any noise in the room with the single bed in it. It’s cold in this Airbnb as well, so bring a extra blanket if you can’t handle that. This place is about 20 minutes from Condado which is a popular area for tourists. Ubers range from $15-30 each way. So get a rental or be ready to pay more. Close to airport but going opposite way of where the tourists typically are. Thank you Martin and many blessings to your family!
