Entire 3rd floor to yourself! PRIVATE & peaceful Loft Apartment in SHARED home located in historic & safe neighborhood University District. Included: • 1 Private BR + extra BR w/ kitchenette + mini fridge & coffee station • Private full bathroom • King bed • Roku TV • Walk-in closet • Friendly housemates • AC • 10-15 mins from Downtown, Midtown, Corktown, Ferndale, and Royal Oak. • 24/7 driveway access, ADT home security & neighborhood patrol Fee if checkout instructions are not followed This charming Loft Apartment space is surprisingly private even though it’s in a shared home. It is a converted attic space with 2 bedrooms and a private attached full bathroom. ~Room 1 has a king sized bed (super comfortable), Roku TV, & dresser. ~Room 2 has a mini kitchen with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee station, dishes, silverware & a table. The 2nd floor is residence to long term renters. All super friendly and happy to help with local tip or household questions. We are LGBTQ+, artist, and 4-20 friendly (dabs and pens inside only, everything else back porch). We also have one lazy cat so give us a heads up if there are any cat allergies. On the 1st floor you are welcome to access the shared kitchen, dishes, pots/pans, dishwasher, refrigerator, cupboards, etc. Also feel free to use any of the other common spaces and items in them including the TV, gaming systems, yoga mats, books, etc! There is always street parking and our neighborhood is under regular neighborhood private patrol. You are also welcome to park in garage if you let me know ahead of time, for a small fee.

Absolutely loved the place, the hosts RiQuel and Cash were super friendly and nice, overall had great stay, would stay again!
Very accommodating and friendly! Despite being held up by the post eclipse traffic and arriving way later than our scheduled check in time Riquel nonetheless got my daughter and I settled and even offered us desert! Great host, cool space, really nice neighbourhood and an excellent experience overall. 11/10!
I really enjoyed staying at RiQuel's place. You have an area to yourself which gives you the Privacy you want and need when staying in someone house. She made us feel right at home and answered any questions we had. I most definitely would stay there again.
I wish I honestly had more time to stay, we had an abrupt trip out of town from 10 hours away and got to sleep in this amazing king size bed at this beautiful brick home in Detroit, my significant other lost his grandpa and he is from Detroit and we got to stay in this lovely home. That’s close to downtown in the church And I wish we were visiting for pleasure because the host seems like someone I could literally talk to for hours and we would’ve loved to get her personal recommendations for recreational marijuana because in Virginia we don’t have formal stores yet, in fact, I’m just gonna be saving this as somewhere I would consider staying in the future because the loft aspect is so great, and I like how she has sectioned her home and made everything so understandable like I really enjoyed my stay, even though it was shorter than I wished

Blocks from Fashion District on Livernois street. Central Location. 10-15 minutes from Downtown Detroit, Ferndale & Royal Oak.
