The house is beautiful and exactly as described, it has everything you could want and a lovely touch with the fizz and chocolates on arrival. The house was very clean and well laid out. Beds were very comfy and plenty of pillows. Showers were very good although we did run out of hot water one morning when 4 adults wanted showers one after the other but it wasn't a problem as we weren't in a rush to go out and just waited. We did struggle to get the TV in the snug to connect to a source but again it wasn't a major issue as we played lots of games on an evening. Plenty of parking and in a quiet spot. The instructions (pictures) forwarded were brilliant, we did miss the entrance to start off with as we came into the village at the Mushroom House, however once we reached the pub we turned around so it was on our right and it was perfectly understood. The local pub the Druids Arms was very nice, we ate here twice. Perfect property would definitely recommend.

Lovely rural getaway hidden away in a nice part of the country. Immaculately presented, impressive modern living accommodation but with the added character of what I think is a barn conversion. Host was great and we all had a lovely stay there. Recommended.
