the room was very nice, it was nicely decorated, with plenty of space. it had plenty of kitchen essentials and amenities. instructions for check in and out were easy to understand. location was good but the complex is not accessibility/pram friendly, to get to the pool was quite a mission with stairs. the only way in and out of the complex with a pram is through the garage. the door handle for the garbage shoot was broken and there was a rusty piece of metal in the ensuite shower. whoever used the dryer last didn't follow the instructions to empty the water tank as it was very full and the lint was full as well, the cleaners could have done a better job. all in all it was alright and filled our needs for our stay.

Lovely location close to everything The Strand has to offer. Nice and spacious for our family. Would definitely stay again!
