cozy place with beautiful decorations
One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Felt like I was home immediately. Perfect for 2 people. Really quiet and nice neighborhood. Will definitely go back to this place next time I’m going to Sanford. Very highly recommended.
We loved the vibes of the neighborhood. We stayed here because it was in walking distance of restaurants with lots of old growth trees and historical homes. The house was cozy and the whole process was seamless. I didn’t realize before getting there that the house is actually a duplex with a tenant in the other half. That had no impact on the stay though. This was my first time booking an Airb&b and it was a very positive experience.

You are in Sanford’s historic district. This is a quiet neighborhood near the downtown. It is a golf cart district and very walkable area. Beautiful brick roads and oak lined streets provide a comfortable southern charm to help you relax and unwind.
Sanford has easily navigable grid pattern roadways in and out of the historic district. While in the district you can walk, bike, drive or rent a golf cart to get around. You can also get in the Sanford trolly to tour the downtown.
