Boasting an impressive walkscore of 97, our centrally-located, luxury townhome is more than just a place to stay – it's your ticket to exploring the finest attractions Seattle has to offer. ****PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION BELOW PRIOR TO BOOKING. We want our guests to be fully informed, and not have any surprises regarding our property.**** This 900 sq ft cozy townhouse has 2 bedrooms, each with a full sized bed and a bathroom - comfortably accommodating 4 people. We do have two other identical units in the same compound that may be available for those with larger guests (6-12) and don’t mind staying in separate quarters. Please inquire about availability of the units. Our Space First floor: This is where our small but cozy living area is located, along with the kitchen and small dining table. Minisplit AC/Heater available. Second floor: The washer/dryer is located on the second floor, as well as the first bedroom and bathroom. No Minisplit, only electric wall heater. Third floor: Our master bedroom and bathroom with shower stall. Minisplit AC/Heater available. Fourth floor: This is where our rooftop is! Yes, there are stairs! It is important to note that this is a three story townhome for those that may have difficulties with stairs. ***We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out for a small fee. The fee is to cover changes made to our cleaner's schedule to accommodate your requests. Luggage drop offs before check in time may also be requested. Requests are not guaranteed, but we will try our best to accommodate if possible.*** o Check in between 2-3:30 ($25) o Check in between 12-2 ($50) o Check in between 10-12 ($75) o Check in before 10AM ($100) o Luggage drop off before check in/after check out ($20) o Check out between 11-12 ($50) o Check out between 12-1 ($75) o Check out between 1-2 ($100)

We loved the layout of this rental and it worked out very well for us. The hosts were fantastic and very quick to respond when needed. A cute rental in a neat neighborhood and close to a lot of restaurants, parks, etc. We struggled a bit to find parking (only because there was a lot going in in the area) and when we did get parked we were able to just leave our truck there until we checked out. Would definitely rent this place again. Finding "the right place" isn't always easy for an older, picky couple so we definitely won with this one!
The location of this place was absolutely perfect!! It was within walking distance of all of the main restaurants while the surrounding area was very peaceful and safe. The home itself has everything you may need for a comfortable stay and our host was very responsive and assisted immediately with any questions we had. We ended up booking this location twice within a few days as we absolutely loved it and our two furbabies enjoyed it as well ❤️
My boyfriend and I had such a wonderful stay here with our two cats! The location was perfect, within walkable distance to the main restaurants and bars and the surrounding area was quiet and felt safe. The hosts were very kind, responsive, and provided immediate assistance for any questions or concerns we had and we ended up booking another stay within the same week because we enjoyed it so much! This stay had everything we needed and will be our go to place whenever we return to the Seattle area again! 😊
The host was very responsive, the location is great with an amazing view. We had some challenges with the home itself we did get stuck on the patio due to a broken door handle and a few other issues with things in the house but the host was very responsive and willing to try and help however they could which was greatly appreciated. Even with the issues I would stay here again.

Parking is street parking and there will be a parking pass provided for you. As with any neighborhoods in any city, please do not leave any valuables in the car.
***There are plenty of street parking spots available ALL around the neighborhood. There are many events happening, as such, street parking can get full fairly quickly. Although there may not be parking directly in front of the property, you will be able to park anywhere with the sign "ZONE 4". We do recommend finding parking as soon as you can, and if possible, using public transportation, Uber/Lyft. We try to be as transparent as possible regarding the parking situation. This is pretty common throughout Seattle, with limited parking spots.***
