1880’s schooner captains house with 2020 professional kitchen topped with a 1970’s vibe. House is small cottage style with updated, eat in kitchen. 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles, 1 twin upstairs. Bathroom is on first floor. Cozy living room. Large back deck with ample seating and grill. Fenced side yard.

We’re sea kayakers who were looking for a home base on Swan’s Island. Gregory’s place was perfect. The rooms and especially the kitchen were great. We met Gregory as he came next door. He’s a very cool guy. I Highly recommend this place.
This house was fantastic, super easy to get to. The island was amazing, wildlife everywhere, and more sand dollars than we've seen in 20 years. Cannot wait to come back!

We loved our stay at this house and on Swan's Island! It has a view of the water and is walking distance to some trails, the fishman's Co-op to buy lobster, and the lighthouse. The kitchen was well stocked and the living room was very cozy with the fire place. I would definitely stay here again.
We loved our stay here, it was so beautiful and charming. We will definitely be back, and Greg was a great host! Good recommendations for stuff to do and super responsive to our questions.

You will be staying in what is called “downtown”. 800 ft from the lobster co-op, open 9-12, Monday-Saturday. Lighthouse is about a mile walk up the road and has surrounding trails that take you along the coast. TIMS is our local grocery store. It’s tiny but has an amazing selection of meats, cheese, bread, canned goods, drinks (no alcohol), local products, etc. Perfect for forgotten items perhaps but would bring groceries , drinks with you.
Get around the island by car or walk to the co-op, lighthouse, harbor. Great roads for biking, light car traffic.
