Our first vacation with our 10 month old son and it was a blast. Such a fun space, with plenty of room for my family. Incredible views, a quiet private yard for our dog, overall a lovely stay!

What a gem! Our family of 4 and 2 dogs had the best stay! My husband and I loved the openness of the house and the sunroom with the fireplace is to die for!! It’s the ultimate R&R retreat! Even on a rainy day, it was beautiful to watch the rain hit the sunroom windows and watch the sun come out over the bay. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub for warming up. The house was absolutely spotless and Gregory was a wonderful host! This was our first, but won’t be our last stay at the Hot Tub Time Machine :)

This was our second visit, and we loved it again. Gregory is a wonderful host and his place on Swans Island is a gem. We hope to return again next year!

We really enjoyed the stay at this lovely and spacious home. So convenient to the ferry but also felt very quiet and private. Especially loved the solarium, the sauna, and the nice views from the deck and bedrooms. Artwork, wood interior, curved staircase, and tasteful vintage vibe make it extra special. The island is gorgeous and so peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
