Top shelf host. Sara was delightful and very helpful. Was as much a tour guide as Airbnb host. Beautiful location and a nice home.
Gorgeous waterfront location! We had the most amazing time exploring the rocky beach and swimming from the dock (cold!!). The hammock, fire pit and swing by the water made it all the more spectacular. House was lovely and Sara was nice and responsive! Great family vacation!
Sara's property met and exceeded every hope we had for our trip to Maine and visit to Acadia. Booking was easy and fast and information was easy to access. Upon our arrival we had simple check-in and before we even went into the house we had to spend a few minutes exploring what might be the most picturesque back yard we've even been in. Well maintained paths, the lobster boats off the rocky beach and a dock looking into crystal clear Atlantic water. On our first day we had already seen a seal perched on the rocks around a 100 feet from the shore. Sara had great tips for visiting Desert Island and Acadia. The property is wonderfully secluded, but we had easy (around 30 - 40 minute) drives to the National Park and then delightful and short journeys to Southwest Harbor for ice cream, a boat/fishing tour and some amazing local Lobster Pounds. If you're looking for an immaculate, well appointed, beautiful home base to explore Maine - it's hard to believe you'll do better than this one
Sara‘s property was quite honestly the most stunning property I have ever stayed on—-quiet, private, beautiful. The home itself is beautifully kept and the property couldn’t be any more gorgeous—-the ocean views are gorgeous. My family and I cannot wait to go back!
Our stay here was great! The house was very clean. It is also very secluded and private. All the amenities were as described. Our teenage kids loved the dock for fishing. Sara even made sure the dock was put in before we arrived because she knew we wanted to do some fishing. The views are beautiful!! We reached out to Sara with questions and she was very responsive. There is a nice book on the dining table with information on local dining, hikes, etc. which was very helpful! We hopefully will come back to stay here again in the future!
