John’s place was great! Gorgeous backyard. Clean. He made it easy for us to check in and check out and even let us check in early.

Wonderful house with a spectacular landscaped back yard.. Host was very responsive since and helpful. Modern shower was really a treat. We loved this house and will be back for trips to ATL.

John was an awesome host. The location is great and in a nice and quiet neighborhood.

John was an excellent host and the house was centrally located for what we needed. The backyard was absolutely stunning and the interior of the home was very clean. John was thoughtful to leave out a dog bowl and bed for our service dog. The guest bed was not the most comfortable and did not have a sheet under the duvet and the pillows made for a challenging night's sleep but, of course, that is a personal preference. There weren't any washcloths to bathe with so we purchased some of our own and left them for future guests. It would have also been nice to have a space to hang clothes but, overall, it was a very nice home and we enjoyed our stay. John was very responsive and super easy to work with.

Absolutely loved the neighborhood! Very safe. Really enjoyed the closed in patio — the weather was perfect for enjoying an evening outside….without the pesky mosquitoes killing the vibe! John was a great host!
