Unwind in our chic, new retreat! Located in a tranquil, safe neighborhood, you'll find all you need nearby: supermarket, pharmacy, cinema, and Weta Studio. A short walk to the ocean and 20 mins to the airport. Bus stop close by for easy city access every 15 mins. This is a two-story semi-detached villa with three bedrooms and bathrooms. There are front and rear gardens, and the first floor is a kitchen equipped with new kitchenware, a dining room, a living room, a laundry room, and a shower and bathroom. On the second floor are three double rooms and a bathroom with bathtub.

房屋位置良好，周围有餐厅超市，虽然我们到的时候门口在修路，但是仍然有停车位可以停车。房屋干净整洁，设计合理，一楼有单独的卫生间和洗衣房，非常好。厨房的布局也很合适，基本的厨房设施都有。不过可能因为我们人比较多，锅显得有点不够用🤣 总体很满意。
房屋漂亮整洁，配置齐全，停车方便，特别适合去机场。 会推荐给朋友。

Lovely place, perfect for our needs fitted all 6 of us comfortably.
The scenery outside is truly amazingg!! The host, Alice, is also friendly!! She was walking by when me and my family were bringing our luggages inside and we had a short lovely convo!!
