The townhouse is adequate but misses the mark on things that would make it much more comfortable. There are no bedside lamps in the bedrooms. No ambient lamps anywhere. It is over lit with very bright overhead lights making it uncomfortable to read in bed. There’s no coffee maker - not even a plunger. So no coffee in the morning. The kitchen is under equipped with cups & glasses. The tv is positioned too high on the wall. It’s like being in the front row of a movie theatre. There is nothing homely about it. Stark bright white walls. It’s clean & adequate and served our needs. The filling in of extra forms was also painful and unnecessary

This air bnb has some great potential. It was spotlessly clean, modern, great amenities, easy to find and centrally located with a grocery store and restaurants right across the street. Our stay was cut short due to a plumbing issue, so we had to leave after 1 night. The host was quick to respond and worked hard to get things fixed quickly. She even did our laundry for us while the washing machine issue was getting addressed. They generously gave us a refund and were so understanding and accommodating when we opted to go somewhere else because of the plumbing issue. Terrific hosts and a great place! I found the check in process very cumbersome, they required a photo ID and pre-registration that I've never had to do on air bnb before.
