After ascending the steep driveway, arrive in the open-plan lounge, a characterful, naturally lit space whose wood burner will be well used on cooler evenings. It’s here everyone can come together for fortifying meals, with the coastal horizon beyond. The family bathroom is located nearby, and of the cottage’s four bedrooms, one double bedroom is situated on the ground floor. The first floor houses a second bathroom and three further bedrooms - a king-size bedroom, a twin bedroom and second double bedroom. A large, unenclosed decked area with glass balustrades, is accessed via patio doors in the lounge. This wonderful space offers enviable coastal views and is the perfect place to enjoy an alfresco lunch or an evening BBQ. A garden shed at the rear of the property is the ideal storage for your kit. Woolacombe, famous for its 3 miles of golden sands and gorgeous sunsets, also offers dog-friendly independent shops and eateries. Walkers and cyclists can pick up both the South West Coast Path and Tarka Trail within 1 mile of the cottage, while the Victorian seaside town of Ilfracombe (6 miles) offers a range of amenities, along with trips to Lundy.
