Quenziebank House is situated on a small holding in the countryside between the two historical, quaint villages of Edzell and Fettercairn. This is a peaceful and quiet location from which all of Angus and Aberdeenshire can be explored or just relax with family and friends an enjoy the beautiful and tranquil surroundings. The house has very spacious living areas downstairs with all six bedrooms, each with their own ensuite located upstairs. We are pet friendly. On the ground floor there are all the living spaces, kitchen, sun room, dining room, lounge, sitting room, TV room, 2 wash rooms and utility room. Upstairs on the first floor there are 6 bedrooms all with a king or superking beds and all en-suite. The en-suites all have walk in showers, with 2 of them also having baths. One of the bedrooms also has a day bed with a trolley bed underneath, with a further 2 of the bedrooms having plenty space for further single beds to be added if this is better for you. ( We cannot exceed 12 guests ) The outside of the property benefits from a carport, with the surrounding area having a paved path round the house, gravelled parking areas and a lawn. The garage is being used as a games room, entirely separate from the house. Baby safety gate, travel cot and high chair are all available on request.
