Our above garage 2 bedroom unit is very close to downtown, Baylor, Magnolia & Cameron park & just steps to the zoo. Go through a private gate to access your own entrance & private fenced off yard. Free Wifi, cozy living room, kitchen w/ cooktop, micro. & frig w/ ice. Separate king size bdrm & bth. Small bunk room with 2 twins & a desk. Washer/dryer in unit. Long-term tenants stay in main house but do not have access to your area. EV charger available on request. STR license STR000733-08-2023 This is a perfect private retreat for a couple, small family or a small group. The kids will love the bunk room built with them in mind. This unit sleeps a total of 4, but keep in mind the upper bunk bed has a weight limit of 160. If a fourth adult is on the reservation, as an alternative to the upper bunk, there is an inflatable mattress available. Enter through a gate marked "Pine Cone Place" on the right side of the house. Walk down the path and find a pink door. This is your private entrance to your 2 bedroom unit. 16 steps up and you'll be in an open concept living/kitchen/dining, creatively designed for fun, convenience & relaxation. You'll be able to enjoy books & games, watch some TV, play some music on the bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, or just relax and enjoy some quiet time. The kitchen is stocked with dishes/pans, etc. along with basic spices. Full size refrigerator, dishwasher, cooktop and convection microwave are available for use. When you're ready for sleep, just a few steps down the hall is your bedroom with a king bed and separate bathroom. There is also a small bunk room just big enough for 2 twin beds and a desk that kids will love. There is an extra blow-up twin mattress for an additional sleeping option. Want to enjoy the outside? You have full access to your own fenced off yard with patio, seating and a fire pit. The house is very close to downtown and only steps from Cameron Park Zoo. Your privacy is important to us as well as your security. For this reason, ring security features are located outside only.

Absolutely loved this Airbnb. The Pine Cone place was just perfect for our visit to Waco and our Magnolia adventures. Extremely clean, we had NO concerns about my 10 month old grandson crawling about the entire space! Toni is a remarkable host with super fast response times, proactively shared helpful information, was friendly with over the top hospitality! Relaxing and private backyard, clean and well stocked kitchen, cozy comfortable feel to the entire space! Highly recommend this Airbnb! Thanks for the fantastic memories!!

Pine Cone Place was a gem. Perfect location, very helpful and responsive owners, great homey feel. My husband even commented that they had “thought of everything!” I wish there were a Pine Cone Place everywhere we travel!

We are located near downtown Waco, Baylor and Magnolia. Want to visit the zoo? we're so close you can walk (and on a peaceful evening you can sometimes hear the animals). Our historic neighborhood is a mix of old and new homes along with historic properties. It's a sweet spot with friendly neighbors who keep to themselves but still watch out for each other.
Parking is on the street, as the driveway and garage are used by the tenants living in the house who will need to access to the street when coming and going. If electric vehicle charging is needed message us for instructions on how to access this.
