Get cosy and settle into this rustic space. The Lazy Cow Shed will give you a space to relax and chill in a peaceful setting of the countryside - quiet and restful with a lovely view . We are very dog friendly! The Lazy Cow Shed is located only minutes from Abergavenny town which offers a castle and two lovely parks to wander around - 4 supermarkets and some unique shops to explore - lots of great places to eat and drink . Skirrid mountain and Sugar Loaf mountains are within easy reach The Lazy Cow Shed is attached to our farmhouse but it has its own entrance to private accommodation comprising of kitchen / breakfast room within a lovely bright conservatory, this includes a microwave, fridge, George Forman grill, air fryer, toaster and kettle -( no cooker ) - tea, coffee, milk, cereals, bread or crumpets will be provided for breakfast. Also basic condiments are provided in case you choose to cook or use the BBQ for any meals. There is a relaxing sitting room with beautiful beams and double sided wood burner -smart tv/ DVD player - plenty of DVDs to choose from and books to browse. There is a large bedroom area with en suite shower room - King size bed - double sided wood burner shared with the sitting room - again beautiful beams , hammock, and patio doors leading to a private patio and grass area. The patio is furnished with garden furniture, fire pit and BBQ. There is also the hot tub offering a superb view particularly for star gazing. Although the property is attached to our house the conservatory and refurbished barn area is separated with a small fence to allow you the privacy and seclusion required to relax.

Most amazing dog friendly Air bnb we’ve ever stayed at. Pat and her wonderful husband went above and beyond for every need we could have had. They were kind, thoughtful and the place was beyond our expectations. Views were beautiful and they were so incredibly generous with all the wonderful little things left for us on the house. Hot tub was perfect too. Thank you for a wonderful stay we will most definitely be coming back :).
Such a lovely stay and everything is pretty much supplied, very accommodating and perfect little place for a private get away ! Amazing hosts and made us feel right at home, would recommend a more than a couple of nights as there is plenty to see in the area and will definitely be coming back, thank you again for having us ! X
Absolutely loved our stay at Pat's place. The accommodation was so cosy and welcoming with absolutely everything you need to feel right at home. All the added extras were so thoughtful too. The views are gorgeous and the bed is so comfy! The hot tub was fab too, although we were lucky with the weather so it was a bit too hot to go in in the day. We made friends with Hettie the chicken who was very friendly! Would absolutely love to come back and explore the area more. We drove to Waterfall Country which was an easy drive, highly recommend. Thanks so much Pat and family for a fantastic stay.
Beautiful place to stay and Pat was the perfect host - so lovely and helpful. The attention to detail was second to none and loads of thoughtful extras were provided. We had our own space but knew Pat and the family were nearby for any help we needed. Couldn’t recommend it enough - a perfect weekend break
Just what we needed. had the nicest, most relaxing 2 night break. Pat is a really great host, she has literally thought of everything. We loved every second. The place is so cosy with the log fire in the room and jacuzzi out the back with stunning views 😍. Loved Hetty the chicken, always coming over to say hello lol. Pictures on website are lovely but the place is another level in person. Excellent location. Really quiet and relaxing but also close enough to see a lot of lovely places. Abergavenny town less than 10 mins away. Had the best time and will 100% be returning. 10/10 Thanks guys for having us Carl & Fran

Llanddewi Rhydderch is a lovely village only a few miles from Abergavenny Town- there are cycle routes and walks locally - Also lots of castles nearby to visit.
Parking at the Lazy Cow Shed is free - there is a taxi service available but this would be from Abergavenny town but no bus service - Train station in Abergavenny town
