Superb location for seeing Belfast (especially for the nightlife ) everything is in walking distance. The stairs were a bit of a chore, but manageable. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Belfast.

Great bright ,well furnished and airy 4th floor apartment . Beds comfortable and sofa bed had all bedding required . Excellent location in city Centre close to restaurants, bars and shops . Host provided good information on parking which is restricted on the street during daytime . CarPark opposite handy but requires app. If you are claustrophobic the lift is small and as it is hydraulic very slow but does get there .
