For your comfort and entertainment the living room provides an impressive 60" Panasonic 4k Smart TV with Netflix subscription, complimentary Wifi, 3 seater sofa and two comfy chairs overlooking the piazza, and table with 4 chairs. Kitchen There is a full kitchen with conventional oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer dryer, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee are included with Nespresso coffee making facilities. Bedroom 1 / Ensuite The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, wardrobe, USB charging point, Wifi or wired broadband, hairdryer, and fully tiled luxury en-suite with shower and toilet, and underfloor heating. The bedroom window looks over the piazza beneath at St Anne's Square. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom has a double bed, USB charging point and Wifi access. The window also looks over the piazza below at St Anne's Square. Bathroom The brand new luxurious fully tiled bathroom has a large shower and toilet, and is provided with shaver socket / charging point, and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is kept cosy with Gas central heating that also provides instant hot water. The tiled floors in the bathroom and en-suite are kept warm with underfloor heating. PureGym is open 24/7 in St Anne's Square and offers day passes for a small fee for visitors.
