Construction Notice: Please plan on some unsightly construction scaffolding and signs as well as construction noise (concrete jack hammering) Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (No construction happens on the weekends). The pool hours are also limited to 5pm-8pm Monday through Friday. Because we are aware and sensitive to these potential impacts on your experience, we have already discounted all nightly rates through 2024 by 20%. If you decide to cancel your stay because of the construction, we will offer a full refund to you if you cancel within 24 hours of making your reservation. This is a one-bedroom condo with spectacular beach, ocean and sunrise views! Located on a mid-level floor, accessible by two elevators. The condo has an in-unit washer/dryer for taking care of your family's needs during your stay. There is also a beachside gym, pool and bbq area. Guests will have access to the entire condo, beach, and gym. There is reserved parking for 1 car and more parking along the road. There should be plenty of dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels and toilet paper for your stay.
