Eric is a nice gentleman, always responsive and available. Me and my fiancé enjoyed staying in Eric place. If you look for peaceful place, away from crowds and busy centers ( like waikiki) this is a right place to stay. You’ll need a car though to go around and visit every single spots in beautiful island.

This place was nothing short of AMAZING!! 5/5 stars for everything! We loved the location, it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the spring breakers of the north shore, but also only 15-20 mins from the north shore famous beaches and foodie trucks when we did venture out. The private beach area at the place was beautiful, we used the snorkeling gear that was provided almost everyday and saw so many fish and turtles while swimming at the private beach (also saw turtles on the beach once the sunset - which was a highlight of the trip). The host was also great, very personable and responsive, accommodated an early check in for us which we appreciated so much since we landed on the island early in the morning, he was always available to answer any questions, and very friendly!! We felt right at home, the ambience of the place was perfect, it set the tone for the island beachy vibe! My husband and I both talk about coming back and staying here again! We can’t recommend enough

This place is away from the busyness of other areas, but not too far to drive to some popular and must-see places. Loved that it's a waterfront property, cozy peaceful beach with shade trees. Inside: comfy kingsize bed, very thoughtfully set up/stocked - even chilled glasses in the fridge, detailed map of Oahu, Smart TV with guest Netflix, lightweight little vacuum (no matter how hard you try sand comes in), roomy, several dark activated night lights teas and coffee, full length mirror, loved the quality hygiene products, A/C and ceiling fan, good-sized fridge, nice shower head with good water pressure, The kind of beach towels that don't collect sand, even a luggage scale since you always take home more than you came with. Erik was a helpful, attentive, and responsive.

Perfekte Lage am einsamen North Strand, ideal zum schnorcheln. Sehr aufmerksamer, hilfreicher Host, der wirklich auf die Bedürfnisse des Gastes eingeht und nicht auf Einnahmen fixiert ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns wiederzukommen. Danke nochmals Erik für den tollen Aufenthalt!

The place was clean, comfortable and quiet.
