Place was clean and close to a lot of restaurants,beaches and casinos in the Simpson Bay Area. The only small issue we had was getting to the place. The address wasn’t showing up on our google maps. If you stay here make sure that you put the address in before you leave the airport to see if it comes up. The host was great at answering our call and sharing the location to our phone.

Gigi place was amazing. We spent our baby moon in Saint Marteen. The place is close to all kinds of restaurants, shops, and beaches. The airbnb is located on a hill so be prepared to walk the hill or get a rental car -- which is what we did! Gigi provided beach chairs, pool noodles, a cooler and much more. It was the perfect stay!

the perfect place to be! beautiful views perched on the hill and the apartment had everything you needed. everything was squeaky clean and the bed was really comfortable. Gigi was readily available to respond to questions. Can't wait to return, SXM was a 20/10.

My daughter and I had an amazing time on St. Maarten. GQ’s Airbnb was everything that was described and then some. Very cozy and felt very at home. The neighborhood is quiet and a great view of the water. Getting up the hill was a bit interesting but it reminded me of visiting other islands that are quite hilly. I highly recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for a place to stay when you’re on St. Maarten. I can’t wait to come back.

Gq’s place was nice and the area was terrific, it’s up a hill so you have to walk unless you rent a car. interesting communication style, wi-fi wasn’t apparent so plan to have network with your cellular plan. the bathroom is gorgeous
