With 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms, there’s plenty of space and privacy for up to 11 guests to enjoy themselves! First Floor: *Master bedroom features a king bed, lots of closet space, and a private ensuite with a luxurious tiled shower and double sinks. *Second bedroom features a queen bed and a desk. *Convenient half bath located in the front hallway. *Dog-friendly space with a cozy little nook for your pet’s crate or bed. *Open-concept living and dining areas with easy access to the patio and a screened-in porch with additional dining. Find games, children’s toys, and books in the stand under the TV. *A large, fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, barstool seating, coffee counter, and walk-in pantry. *Large laundry room located just off of the kitchen. Second floor: *The third bedroom is a kid-friendly room with two twin beds and a closet. *Fourth bedroom features a king bed and closet. *The fifth bedroom features a queen bed, a daybed, and wardrobe storage. *Full bathroom for guests to share *The hallway features a cozy lounge area to hang out and watch TV Outside space: *Large sun deck with a grill for barbequing delicious meals and rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee. *Fire pit with seating, perfect for conversing around! *Expansive backyard for kids and dogs to play in! *Fenced-in dog area for dogs to play off-leash Guests will find ample space and comfort throughout this inviting retreat. This was a great setting for our team. Spacious parking. Amenities were available as listed. The home is great for multiple family units or individuals. The backyard and back porch view was mesmerizing and great for that quiet time with coffee. Would stay again and recommend.
This house was an absolute gem. All of the photos were accurate with the actual state of the house. The house was thoughtfully equipped with all of the small touches needed to make your stay comfortable. The hosts were helpful and super responsive. Beds are a firm memory foam but slept much better than expected. All in all, could not recommend more.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Everything was clean and inviting and felt very comfortable. The backyard was a huge hit for the kids. Location was perfect to get pretty much anywhere within 15 minutes. The host was very responsive and kind. 10/10 would stay here again!
We loved our stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. It comfortably fit 10 adults and 2 pups. The back porch and backyard was the best part! Morgan was very helpful, responsive, and allowed us to check in early upon request. We would definitely stay again!

Our neighborhood is surrounded by trees and wildlife. There are a few other homes on our street, however, it’s very peaceful and quiet. We are a 2 minute (1 mile drive to the entrance) drive to Paris Mountain State Park and a 15 minute drive to downtown Greenville.
Ingles is an 8 minute drive from the home and Publix is a 10 minute drive. If you need something essential quickly, there is a CVS 2.5 miles or a 7 minute drive from the house.
Our driveway can accommodate up to 5 cars. Any additional parking needed, please park on the gravel driveway in the backyard. Guests can easily bike to Paris Mountain State Park or drive to Greenville, Greer, or Traveler’s Rest in 15 minutes! Close to Furman, Bob Jones, and North Greenville Universities!

Hi, we are the Golding family! Morgan is a Greenville native and Corey is from Australia. We built our home in 2020 and have filled it with so many amazing memories with our 3 beautiful kids!
