Come and relax in this beautiful home on Lake Jackson. This home has all the amenities for the perfect short or long-term stay. Public access to the Lake 10 minutes away. Thirty minutes from the famous Covington Square (known as Mystic Falls from the TV's Vampire Diaries) as well as many other famous films. Close enough to Atlanta and Macon to enjoy all the big-city activities but far enough away to sit back and enjoy the serenity of the country. Kitchen - All amenities for a home-cooked meal provided Living Room - Fire place, large screen TV with MAX, Sling, and Netflix provided. Family Room - Work area with curved monitor keyboard and mouse, 75" TV with MAX, Sling, and Netflix provided, and games aplenty for hours of family fun. Dining Room - Seating for 6 for dinner together. Exercise Room - Treadmill, bicycle, Yoga area provided, and much more. Bathrooms Two fully equipped bathrooms down to a choice of travel size shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. Bedrooms - Brand new bedrooms with fantastic mattresses for a great nights sleep, table lamps with phone chargers ports, extra blankets, and ceiling fans, An queen size air mattress is also available in the master bedroom closet. Outside Area - Grill on the patio, fire pit and chairs in the backyard. Extra tables and chairs in the laundry room for larger gatherings available in the laundry area.

Very homey place with all the amenities promised. Loved the couches downstairs for watching TV as a group. Was so glad the blow up mattress was there - two couples didn’t have to fight over who got the queen bed. Plenty of towels and linens for the 5 of us. All kitchen essentials were provided. Great experience overall. My suggestions for other guests: -Bring ice - no ice maker -Get all food and necessities while you can - closet store was Dollar General and Piggly Wiggly. Fine places to shop just limited. -Don’t plan for two adults on the full sized bed - the couches would also have been great for sleeping if needed. -The fragrance plug-in is in the dining room. If you are sensitive to those smells it can be dialed back. -The air/heat reset at 3:30pm so if you start to feel warm/cool check that first. Can’t speak to the lake because we didn’t get a chance to get there. Thanks again for a place to hang out for the weekend!

There’s a bit of maintenance that needs to be done to the house and some things could have been slightly cleaner but it was good enough for what we needed for the weekend. The area is FAR (50 mins or more) from any restaurants or local places. Internet was super fast and check-in was easy. Overall, a peaceful and quiet place to stay.
Three of us used Darin’s property as a hub for a gravel bicycling ‘camp’. We chose the general area based on the recommendation of a friend who had lots of outdoor activities experience in and near the national forest. It was priced right for our budgets. The bike riding exceeded our expectations. The property provided the right balance of common areas for socialization and privacy when needed. There was a ‘big’ professional bicycle race available on one of the property’s available streaming channels the Saturday morning, which was really great on the big screen TV. Darin responded immediately to a question on the operation of the house. Checkout was straightforward.
